Career Launch Pad (the "Service") is operated by Trigon Media Limited ("Trigon Media", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and enter into a contract with Trigon Media Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Career Launch Pad is a self-guided digital career toolkit: 25 interactive modules, a personalised career blueprint and an ATS-ready résumé builder generated from your own answers. Modules 1–3 are free. A one-time purchase unlocks the remaining modules, the full blueprint and the résumé generator for your account.

The Service provides general career guidance and educational material. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional recruitment advice, and we do not guarantee any job offer, interview or employment outcome.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, and if you accept on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service and its content for your own personal career use. You may use the blueprint and résumé you generate for your own job search freely.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the module content or generated toolkit materials as your own product; reverse engineer the Service; circumvent access controls, paywalls or technical limits; or share your account to give others paid access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• engage in fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse or spam;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with security or availability — including malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk access or attempts to access other users' data.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers, notes and materials you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to compile your blueprint and résumé).

6. Intellectual property

Trigon Media Limited retains all rights in the Service, including its software, module frameworks, worksheets, copy, design and branding. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Career Launch Pad is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access to the paid modules for your account. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, access to the paid modules, blueprint and résumé tools is revoked.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may export or print your blueprint and résumé before deletion, and remaining data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

15. Changes and contact
